"This is my 3rd berkey system purchase which I wanted for my summer cabin. I\'ve never written an online review, but given the amount of time the phone reps have spent with me answering my (sometimes goofy) questions and pointing me to helpful articles on the site, I felt like I owed them a good review. The berkey water filters and the customer help that I\'ve gotten with each purchase has exceeded all my expectations. This is how an internet buying experience should be!"

"My husband\'s an ER doctor and the hospital he works at has the 4 gallon system I believe. He convinced me that we should get one for our home and I\'m glad we did! The water tastes fresh (which is long overdue) and it\'s enough water to get us through the day."
