"I hesitated to buy this system for a number of reasons; price being 1, and I also wanted to wait and see what my neighbor's royal berkey looked like. After I tried her water, I was really impressed with the taste. I'm not sure what other customers experience, but I thought it was very clean and refreshing.
So, I went ahead and ordered the big berkey with 4 filters. I should have bought this 5 years ago and I'm kicking myself for all the money I wasted on poland spring. The customer support has been great too. They have been pleasant and informative and answered all of my off the wall questions very nicely and promptly. Buy with confidence and do it before another disaster strikes and you can't get a hold of one."

"had to wait close to a month for mine but it was worth the wait got it this week the easy to set up and the water is better then bottled water and you know where it's coming from i would highly recommend this system to anyone that cares about what is in the water that they are drinking"

"I bought my Big Berkey in March of 2010. I use it to filter all of my water coming out of the tap. Now everything taste better. Even my coffee. Before you could taste the chlorine in the water, NOW YOU CANT!
