The Berkey Light Base w/led lights is a wonderful idea. However within just 3 weeks of ownership of my Berkey Light, the condensation dripped down on the light base and shorted it out. So it was nice for a night light while it lasted but, it didn't last long.
Beyond the light base; I love my Berkey Light. I have had it for 9 years. If it had not been for the word of mouth advertising from a dear friend, I may not ever been blessed with this wonderful product. It has traveled with my three children and myself across country on vacation from Illinois to Arizona. No need to worry about the taste of our water from one place to the next. We now live in rural Illinos, and I have used my Berkey Light for every ounce of consumable water for which we have had a need.
Thanks for such a dependable, and necessary product.
