Product Questions

Product Questions

Does this new ceramic, filter all of the same bacteria, viruses, etc...... as the black filters. You have not added this info to your site, that I can find.
I have a well that is slightly salty, some minerals. No lead or anything nasty when tested by the county. Would I use the Earth Ceramic filter if I purchase a system?
I purchased the Big Berkey a couple of years ago and want to get two more filters for it, will the Earth ceramic filters work?
The pre-shipment email I received did not provide instructions for priming the Earth ceramic filters. I can't find instructions for this on your site. Do these filters need to be primed and, if so, where can I find the instructions before my product arrives?
