Unlike other dealers that are "one-man shops", we have a US based full-time customer service staff (including weekend e-mail coverage) solely dedicated to helping our customers choose the perfect Berkey system for their family, and then helping them maintain it for a lifetime of use.
With more than 700 Berkey articles written over the past 15 years, we are the internet's go-to Berkey resource and strive to answer every potential Berkey question.
