  • Our Exclusive BigBerkeyWaterFilters Warranty will replace any of your system’s hardware parts over the life of your Berkey system ownership. This includes the spigot, washers and nuts. This is above and beyond the General Manufacturer’s Warranty.
  • Our exclusive warranty is automatically applied as long as we have your order on record as purchasing through bigberkeywaterfilters.com.
  • IMPORTANT: We do not sell on Amazon. Also, please be aware that the manufacturer does not warranty any items purchased on Amazon from unauthorized dealers. For example, Amazon.com itself is NOT an authorized dealer.
  • The Black Berkey purification elements and Berkey Earth Ceramic Filters have a two-year prorated manufacturer’s warranty calculated in six month intervals. The manufacturer's guarantee is prorated similar to the guarantee on tire tread. In other words, if you have used the filters for 8 months, 75% of the guarantee still applies and so you can get a full replacement set for 25% of the normal cost.
  • The Berkey systems themselves and their components (stainless steel, etc) have a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.

Factory Blemished Berkey systems enable customers to enjoy economic savings while being assured that the performance of their Berkey system has by no means been compromised.Cosmetically blemished Berkey systems come with the same warrantied Black Berkey Purification Elements.Cosmetic blemishes may include scratches, dents, discolored spots on the finish or irregular polish marks.Blemished Berkey systems are identified by the distinctive “B” stamped on the upper and lower stainless steel chambers, which indicates that the chambers ARE NOT warrantied against cosmetic defects.However, the Black Berkey Purification Elements carry the standard 2-year pro-rated limited warranty, which provides them with the same performance and longevity that they would experience with any of our non-blemished Berkey systems.
